Typically, we include a perimeter spray done regularly, along with the inside spray if needed. We also bait for any pest you may have encountered between visits. We can even knock down wasp nests or even spider-webs if requested. We, like most companies, include ants, roaches, silverfish and spiders in our basic pest control coverage. Other pests, like bed bugs, fleas, rodents, and even termites can also be added to your plan for an additional charge.

Depends on the home and the pest issue. For most single-family homes, quarterly service is enough to keep them pest-free. But for homes with shared walls, (apartments, condos, townhouses, duplexes, etc.), a more frequent service like monthly or bi-monthly may be necessary.

Depends on the treatment. Most pesticides come concentrate and can be mixed to last anywhere from 30-90 days.

All products we use inside your home are labeled to be safe to apply around children and pets. The products we use outside may require your pet to stay off the grass until it dries (typically 2-3 hours).

Yes and no. Rain will weaken the product, but it is formulated to remain effective after rain. Here in South Florida, rain can get very heavy. And if we get heavy rains for days on end, there's a good chance most of the product will be removed and need to be applied. Thats why it is important to select a service that includes free callbacks in case the product needs to be reapplied.

Yes. We only ask you allow the product to dry (typically takes 1-2 hours).

No. For regular treatments, no aerosol or gas is being used, so covering food is unnecessary.
